Great news!! This one is in contract, and it’s easy to see why. Let’s start with the deck: one of the biggest I’ve seen on a 1-bedroom, with views over North Beach, Coit Tower, downtown, and the bay. The bedroom had a tray ceiling, a big walk-in closet, and a stacked washer/dryer in the unit. My Easter egg was the bathroom, with its Moroccan-inspired tile and shower. It’s a fun surprise!
