Housing Wire: Agents fight misconceptions to win deals for military veteran clients

In a recent article in Housing Wire, Armstrong discusses his experience with Veterans Administration (VA) mortgage loan transactions to help VA buyers better navigate the market.
“I just closed two or three transactions with VA loans in 21 days, so you can’t tell me that we can’t close in under 30 days,” Armstrong told Housing Wire. ”But it isn’t a misconception that the VA appraisal process is stricter, but if you are smart in your property selection and how you make your offer, it really isn’t a big deal,” said Armstrong.
Todd is currently working with Compass on future efforts to support military and veteran buyers and sellers.
