The East Side and Northeast LA contain LA’s most quickly-evolving neighborhoods. Home to renowned late-night taco trucks and a growing community of young creatives, artists, and musicians, its densely populated hills are packed with charming duplexes and bungalows, Mid-Century gems, and historic properties. An eclectic mix of urban grit and trendy restaurants, bars, and boutiques comprise its non-residential sections, with an influx of sports fans descending every spring for baseball season at Dodger Stadium.
