Sponsored and managed by Kevin Wakelin, Vaya Ventures Inc. was formed in 2009 to purchase foreclosed single-family homes in Vallejo, Fairfield, Suisun City and Vacaville. Initial assets were renovated and sold, leaving current assets leased under Kevin's management to be sold at a future date.
