Annika Sparrow

Born and raised in Marin County, Annika Sparrow brings a rare blend of local roots, luxury service experience, and genuine community connection to her real estate career.

Annika grew up immersed in the performing arts, which in high school led her into a career in international modeling, walking runways for some of the top fashion houses. It was an early education in luxury, sales, and a discerning eye for design. When it came time for college, she followed her passion for wellness and understanding people, studying Psychology at Cal Poly Humboldt. With a love for people and a knack for the behind the scenes, she found her way into yoga studio management, eventually leading to high end concierge service and offering operational expertise at The Portal in Mill Valley as they opened their doors as a new social club in Marin. Along the way, Annika developed a refined ability to understand what people need and deliver at the highest level, skills she now channels into helping clients buy and sell in the place she knows and loves best.

At her core, Annika is a natural go-getter with a warm, social spirit and a gentle touch. That same creative energy that carried her through the performing arts and modeling still shows up in how she approaches real estate today, bringing an artist's eye and an intuitive sense of style to every home she helps bring to market.

When she's not working, you'll find Annika enjoying the nearest beach, riding horses, doing yoga, and still browsing open houses for fun. Annika is focused on building her real estate career in the Bay Area and is proud to be working with Compass SF.
